Position: Service Writer / Warranty Administrator

Location: Skyline Marina - Orillia, ON

Description and Scope of Work:

Skyline Marina requires a Service Writer/Warranty Administrator to join our fast paced, year round Service Department at our location in Orillia. Working under the supervision of the Service Manager; you will be responsible for creating, updating and processing work orders, maintaining customer/boat records, invoicing customers, inputting time cards, and creating warranty claims that will be filed electronically.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

Service writing/advising background - preferably in a marine environment

Experience in customer service

Excellent communication skills and a team player

Strong computer and organizational skills are essential

Strong decision making skills, as well as being able to work within a system

Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail

Work in a fast paced environment

Experience in warranty claims processing

Understanding of common marine repair would be an asset
