Very comfortable in his General Management role - his knowledge and experience within the entire marine industry - is genuinely reflected by how smoothly he leads every facet of the day-to-day business.
Originally coming on board as the Service Manager, he's admittedly always remained a true champion for Customer Service. New or current customer, new to the lifestyle or someone that might someday want to participate in it - his willingness to listen, help and serve is the example he sets for the entire company.
